It performs much better than expected, and is very easy and intuitive to use. I'm not a youngster, but even so did not find it difficult to navigate through the programs or figure out how to use the Safari web interface. The touch screen "keyboard" is so much better than the eensy keyboard on, say, a Blackberry, and the device seems to be incredibly sturdy. I put a screen protector and a clear plastic case on it and just toss it in my purse. Oh yeah, and it plays music extremely well also! Color me a huge fan.
